Hire people who'll do their best work — and stay for years.

FlexCareers reaches a candidate pool that traditional job boards systematically miss: experienced professionals who left full-time roles for caregiving and are looking for the right way back in.

Why hire from FlexCareers

The biggest under-tapped talent pool in modern hiring is parents and caregivers who stepped back from full-time work and never found a graceful path back. They have ten, fifteen, twenty years of experience. They lead with empathy because they've spent the last few years doing nothing but. They know how to triage, how to delegate, and how to get the important thing done in a 90-minute window. They are precisely the people you want on a remote, async, outcome-driven team.

Posting a flexible role on FlexCareers signals — clearly and without ambiguity — that your company is open to that talent pool. Candidates self-select, applications skew higher quality, and you spend less time explaining what "remote-friendly" actually means in your offer letter.

What we recommend listing

  • Remote-first individual contributor roles at any level, including senior IC and staff-level positions where parents are over-represented in the candidate pool.
  • Part-time, three- and four-day-week roles that explicitly state they are not "full-time disguised."
  • Project-based and contract work that gives candidates a way to ramp back into the workforce without committing to a full-time arrangement on day one.
  • Async-first leadership and people-manager roles for companies that have genuinely worked out how to manage distributed teams.

What we won't list

We're protective of our audience's time. We don't publish:

  • Hybrid roles that require more than one day a week in office.
  • Roles where "flexibility" is a perk gated on tenure or performance.
  • Multi-level marketing, commission-only sales without a guaranteed minimum, or anything that requires the candidate to pay an upfront fee.
  • Roles where the description is so vague we can't tell what the candidate would actually do all day.

How to get listed

Right now, FlexCareers ingests listings from major remote-work feeds automatically. If your company is already posting on those feeds, your roles will appear here within a day. If you'd like a sponsored placement — top-of-category for a defined period, with a "Recommended employer" badge and an editorial blurb on your company profile — please contact us. We're selective about sponsorships: we will not run them for companies whose actual hiring practices contradict the values of this site.

What sponsorship gets you

  • Featured placement on the relevant category page for 30 days.
  • An editorial-quality company profile with up to 600 words of brand storytelling.
  • A "Recommended employer" badge on every active listing.
  • Clear analytics on candidate engagement: listing views, profile views, and apply-out clicks.

Standard listings are and always will be free.

A note on our advertising

FlexCareers carries display advertising, clearly labeled and confined to specific page slots. We do not, and will not, run native advertising disguised as editorial content, sponsored job placements that look like organic results, or any kind of dark pattern that pushes a candidate toward a paid outcome. Our long-term reputation depends on candidates trusting that what they see is what they get.
