I want to remove a stale listing. Send us the URL of the listing on our site (e.g. /jobs/some-slug) and a short note. Listings expire automatically, but we appreciate flagged ones — it helps us tune the freshness window.

The job posted on your site links to a page on the company's site, but it's gone. That's almost always because the company filled the role. We refresh listings regularly and will drop expired ones at the next refresh.

I'm an employer and want to discuss a sponsored listing. Read the employer page first. If our terms work for you, send a note describing the roles and we'll write back with options.

I'd like to write a guest article. We're selective. Pitch us a real, lived-experience topic — not an SEO listicle — and we'll consider it.

I'd like to advertise something other than jobs. Possibly. We only accept advertising from companies whose products genuinely serve working parents and caregivers, and we never run anything misleading or predatory.

We don't have a phone line. We don't have a chatbot. You'll get a real human, eventually, who has probably also stayed up too late thinking about the same problems you have.

For press inquiries, partnership ideas, or research collaborations on parental return-to-work, use the same email address with "press" in the subject line. We're happy to share aggregate, non-identifying data about flexible-work hiring trends with serious researchers and journalists.

Privacy

We don't collect personal data from job seekers. There are no accounts to create, no profiles to upload, no tracking pixels in our resource articles beyond what our advertising partners require. Job applications happen on the employer's own site — we just send you there.
